7 Habits

We are a 7 Habits School

Here at Vincent Elementary we are practicing the 7 Habits. We are teaching our students the value of leadership and equipping them with the keys to practice it in their own lives. To help us do this we are using The Leader in Me by Stephen R. Covey.

Habit 1: Be Proactive - "I'm in charge of me!"

Habit 2: Begin with the End in Mind - "I will set my goal!"

Habit 3: Put First Things First - "Work now, play later!"

Habit 4: Think Win-Win - "No one loses, everyone wins!"

Habit 5: Seek First to Understand, Then to be Understood - "I will listen with my ears, eyes, and heart!"

Habit 6: Synergize - "Together is better!"

Habit 7: Sharpen the Saw - "Balance feels best!"
